Payment and Process
I take 50% Payment upfront and then 50% on completion. I will email you an invoice through paypal once the commission has been decided.I will send regular updates on the progress as the piece moves through different stages. Note, once the initial sketch has been confirmed any major changes afterward will cost extra. You are allowed 3 revisions. After that each revision will be worth 25% of the full price.Please provide me with a clear description of what you want followed by at least 3 reference images. Descriptions can include background stories for your characters (such as your D&D character backstory).

Copyright and Usage Policy
I retain all rights to my art. This means that I may:
Post the art to social media
Post the art to my portfolios
Use the illustration in my merchandise
You may print this artwork out for yourself and post it online with credit. However, you cannot sell this artwork. This is for non-commercial commissions only.
(If you wish to keep the commission private, or not have it used with merchandise please let me know ahead of time).
Canceling/Refunding Policy
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
Commercial Rights
A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork is 300% of original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork. You can use it for books, covers, props and ect. You may change or alter it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
